2025 goals
This year my goals are
- Wake up earlier 5/6am
- work out 3/4 times a week min. 15 mins each session
- 2 cups of coffee a day. 1.when i wake up and 2. 3pm coffees
- drink more water and less soft drinks.
- less alcohol.
- Enjoy weekends. not restrict diet
- Relax on sundays no rush. reset on sundays for the week. New bedsheets and cleaning room decluttering every sundays,
- Take more photos to reflect on.
Hopefully these little habits can change my life and enhance my life.
