2025 goals

 This year my goals are

  1. Wake up earlier 5/6am
  2. work out 3/4 times a week min. 15 mins each session
  3. 2 cups of coffee a day. 1.when i wake up and 2. 3pm coffees
  4. drink more water and less soft drinks.
  5. less alcohol.
  6. Enjoy weekends. not restrict diet
  7. Relax on sundays no rush. reset on sundays for the week. New bedsheets and cleaning room decluttering every sundays, 
  8. Take more photos to reflect on.
Hopefully these little habits can change my life and enhance my life.
